Over the past 3 weeks, I have had the opportunity to view multiple units in 900 Biscayne Bay Condominium up close and personal. I’m proud to finally present the photos from those multiple visits. I’ve been very excited about this development from the very first minute I walked through the door. This building is very special and I’m sure many buyers which have been waiting for this building to open will agree. The developer - Terra Group recently opened Quantum on the Bay and has been very successful with that development. In my experience Terra Group has delivered a great value to buyers of both Quantum and 900 Biscayne Bay. Well the wait is over. Here they are:
Closings have begun and if Quantum was in any way a preview to where the pricing will settle, I would suggest to prepare yourself to make a deal prior to closings. This will be the best opportunity to secure great units at pricing from over 3 years ago.

Any idea on what the 2 bedrooms will be priced at more or less?

Henry - I expect the pricing to be approximately $400-$450 per sq ft if buying from investors who simply want a simultaneous closing. All 2 bedrooms in the building are actually 2+dens. And they are all 1500 sq ft +. Considering the smallest 2 bedrooms are this size pricing I would expect to be $700,000 and up to over $1.1 Million. The developer will try to sell over this price so the opportunity for this building is to buy from a contract holder who just needs out before closing.

I have a 1 bedroom in 900 biscayne on a high floor that I will be closing on soon. Would also be interested in selling - new baby negated our need for a miami condo.
