Hi Samir,
Beautiful apartment. I wish I had this one, but as you know I have enough of my own.

Interesting layout for a 1-bedroom loft with the bedroom and living areas separate from each other.
Most other developments offer just a dull open space that they label and market as a “loft”.

Laura - I heard TCO was received for some of the floors in the North Tower. I was told also that closings should begin next week. Let me know how it turns out.
Adrian - You are correct. It seems everyone in Miami (the developers) has a different interpretation of a loft. One of my favorites has always been Parc Lofts which is authentic and some units with mezzanines. Too bad the location isn’t better. I saw a couple of the lofts today in Quantum - some open plan and some with closed off bedrooms. All had an interesting vibe about them. Unfortunately most come with carpeting - that needs to be removed!

Samir - Nice view from this unit. Any info on Quantum’s first floor retail? Was hoping for a Starbucks close by.

Dave - I’m not sure what is going on with the retail as of now. I do know the developer is trying to sell the spaces - not lease them. I think the plans with the Starbucks fell through. I was trying to get a client in there that wanted to open a restaurant but the spaces were not equiped to handle any type of restaurant. I think at most it could be a deli or convenience store - something that doesn’t need a complicated exhaust system. There is a starbucks opening soon on 30th and Biscayne. Also the Daily on 20th and Biscayne at Cite also has coffee, sandwiches, salads and more. I would hope the lots directly East of Quantum would be converted to retail once the construction workers move all the cars out of those lots.
