Today I had the opportunity to preview a few units at Plaza on Brickell and I have to say that I was quite impressed. The Plaza was built by the Related Group and I would consider it to be one of the better new buildings in South Florida which are “affordable luxury.” The building features are full service with valet parking right off of Brickell Avenue, a concierge, high-speed elevators, two very large pools, two club/entertainment rooms, two fitness rooms and a wine celler. The units feature views of Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Bay. These photos were taken from the 20th floor and as you can see the views are not bad at all. I would expect clear bayviews from East facing units from the 25th floor and up.
Overall, I would say that Plaza is a great option for anyone interested in purchasing a “Brickell Address” at a relatively low cost. The units come delivered ready to move in with a fairly nice grade carpet and nice kitchens and baths. This will be a great building for long term owner-occupants, investors and also tenants. I agree with you. It is great building. Great location and amenities are very cool and huge. Look at that pool deck. I never saw building with such a huge pool deck.
I think in terms of location and quality, this is one of the best buys in Miami in my opinion. You are right on Brickell and right on Mary brickell village.
I think this building will do just fine cause location is excellent.

I think the building will do just fine. Many International buyers know “Brickell Avenue” and in my opinion this is a safe buy. You may have ups and downs in the short term but again you are not paying $600 per sq ft. You get the same things you get in any other building, just may not have marble everywhere. For the price it is a great deal.

we are on the same page. Long term this building will do great. I walked to Jade other day and i have to admit that I like the plaza better than Jade at least looks more impressive to me from outside. And the pool deck is bigger at plaza. Just Jade is water front. Otherwise than that, The Plaza is in my opinion safer investment for a great price
